Procedure

STEP 1	APPLICATION (DEADLINE: December 1, 2006)
	Return completed application with the $75 non-refundable application fee.
	Applications are time and date stamped upon receipt. In the event applications exceed interview capacity, priority is given to the first received.
	As the program is progressive, children are only accepted for the “petite section” for the 2007/2008 school. Children will be considered for the “moyenne” and “grande” sections contingent upon availability and the child’s French skills.
STEP 2	INTERVIEW
	An interview with the parents and a child play date will be scheduled with qualified applicants.
STEP 3	ACCEPTANCE
	Parents will receive written notice of the admission decision.
STEP 4	REGISTRATION
	Completed registration forms and fees are due back on the date indicated in the acceptance letter.
	A place will be secured for the student after the following have been received:
	$1,000 non-refundable deposit per student Enrollment Agreement form
